We had another wonderful dinner in the Clubhouse Last night, celebrating Mardi Gras...we were treated to a very delicious Gumbo with shrimp, crab, sausage with Rice, cornbread, fresh salad and a wonderful desert.
Music by Kelvin and plenty of room on the dance floor!
Most of the table talk was about this coming weeks activities as we approach "Luau Weekend". The activities and tradition of "Burying the Pig" takes a full week of the staff and Kitchen Crew opening the pit, stocking fire wood, decorating the Clubhouse and making all the plans for a wonderful weekend!
