We had a great evening in the clubhouse last night, a wonderful Dinner/Dance celebrating Valentine's Day and our Sweeties!
We started off with a Wonderful dinner, steak, or Chicken Cordon Bleu or Portobella Mushroom, corn, broccoli, baked potato, fresh green salad and fresh bread and a beautiful dessert.
The griddle was loaded!

Wasn't long before Kelvin had the music going and the dance floor came alive!
It was a beautiful evening with great food, great friends and great music and conversation!
Our biggest celebration is right around the corner, Luau Weekend - starts Friday afternoon March 11th and runs through Sunday.
Friday afternoon we bury the pig after being blessed by the Native Chief and his entourage of drummers and Luau Dancers, add in tropical drinks on the patio while the pig gets buried and blessed some warm California Sunshine and we guarantee a fun time.
Saturday afternoon the pig is un-buried and the most succulent roast pork dinner is prepared for our evening dinner.
Add in a hearty pancake or French toast, sausage, and fruit breakfast and you have experienced the best Luau Weekend you could imagine.
