It was time to make our life around here a little easier, so we roped a Steer a skid steer that is! Nice shiny lightly used BobCat Skid Steer arrived at 29 Palms RV Resort yesterday, what a way to end the year!
We have a ton of projects around the park where this machine will be a huge help.
Remove the dirt from the horseshoe pit yard and fill along the outside of the wall on Amboy where the ground is shrinking?
Move gravel and level sites and gravel behind the cottages.
Work on the burn pile.
No more digging trenches for water pipes etc...the trencher is a huge help.

Spa and Pool Update!
The new wall is being built on the entrance to the Spa room!
New Door installed!
Steel grates will allow ventilation in the Spa Room!
All the new pool furniture is here and being assembled and will be in the pool area shortly. Pool is operational, hopefully the sun will be out for a while so the solar heat kicks in, we are supplementing with propane heat to help it along a little. The Spa people are due out after the holidays to help us find the leak so we can get it operational, in the meantime we will be finishing the walls.
