Soon after Santa arrived our wonderful kitchen crew were out getting turkeys and ham ready for dinner. A couple deep fried and a roasted Turkey and a nice ham all prepared for a 2:00 PM dinner in the clubhouse, with our guests supplying all the sides and boy did they. Never ceases to amaze me how much food ends up on the buffet line.
We had a joyous crowd of about 38 people or so who enjoyed a wonderful buffett dinner with plenty of left-overs to take home for a late snack or another dinner.
Every side you could imagine - from green beans to dressing, mash potatoes, potato casserole, fresh rolls...
AND YAMS!!
Plenty of desserts to enjoy!!
Now to get ready for New Years.
We always have a wonderful dinner/dance for New Years Eve...make sure you sign up and pay in the office. Prime Rib or Chicken Cordon Bleu, your choice. This is a wonderful sit-down served dinner with music by our favorite DJ well into the evening - we celebrate Chicago Time!
