We had a great crowd of over 30 people for a wonderful fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes, fresh green beans, wonderful salad and angel food cake for desert.
The BEST Moist chicken thigh with a wonderful batter coating and deep fried to perfection!

Wonderful home made Angel Food Cake and Cupcakes topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries!

And always the line dancers were out until closing...
We all had a grand time and we have over 30 people reserved for Valentine's Day and expect more to sign up this week, make sure you get your reservations in for this special steak dinner!
We have had a few of our park residents under the weather and we wish them a quick recovery, we also have a few traveling this way and wish them a safe journey.
