About 2 or 3 PM the fire pit was opened and the pork was removed, unwrapped the burlap and saved for next year then taken in the kitchen and the foil was opened...
Everyone always asks what the pork roasts look like out of the fire!
Ready for Dinner!
Before Dinner the Pina Coladas were mixed and ready!
We had a super large crowd of over 100 people! the place was packed!
Our wonderful kitchen crew prepared much more than the pork - we had rice, green beans, BBQ sauce, a huge fruit salad and fresh bread with ice cream for dessert.
After the meal the DJ cranked up the music!
The dance floor was full most of the evening!
We had some photo fun with Luau Portraits!
We would like to thank all of our staff and crew for putting on a wonderful celebration and the Allegro Motorhome Group for joining us this year and hope you return next year!
Still plenty of fun left this season, if you are following this from afar, you may want to make plans to spend a few months here next winter and make sure you include the first part of March to enjoy our Luau!
