Our kitchen crew fixed another fantastic dinner. We were treated with Beef Storganoff, corn, fresh croisants a beautiful caprese salad and an assortment of cookies for dessert.
We had a decent crowd of about 25 or so, sure could use a few more park residents to join us.

Sunday Feb 12th - SUPER BOWL SUNDAY - Pot Luck bring your favorite tailgate appetizer to share we will also have some Turkey Sliders for $5.00 - 3:00 PM start - Game Time 3:30!
Sunday Feb 18th - Our Annual Valentines Celebration - Fresh Grilled Rib-Eye steak, Baked potato, Garden Salad, Rolls and Bananna Pudding!
February 25th - BBQ Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, Broccoli & Cheese, Biscuits, Apple Pie & Ice Cream
Luau Weekend is March 10-12 so make your plans to enjoy the weekend! We have a large group coming in so should be a great time!
