The leak detection people came back yesterday to repair the leaks they found last week. They did not hit 100% with the listening devices last week, but very close. They fixed the skimmer leak and then went about to find the other leak in the bubble jets, two small cuts in the concrete deck and a little digging and they isolated the leak to one jet. They were able to repair the leak and cap that one jet, filled in the holes, poured concrete and will be back today to further test and put down the cool deck coating. Now to get the solar heat tested and the propane furnace igniter fixed and we should be operational soon.
The front wall is now all replaced and painted so with a little clean-up when all the repairs are through, we will be ready to go!
Let's not forget the BEST Chicken dinner this Saturday evening, Kelvin our DJ will be returning!
