Clubhouse Celebration

With the relaxing of some of the Covid Restrictions, we were able to finally plan a Clubhouse Dinner and the unanimous opinion was to make it a celebration. So our Kitchen Crew and Activity Director put their heads together and came up with a wonderful menu and the clubhouse was cleaned and tables and chairs wiped down and arranged to meet the Covid Restrictions and await the crowd to arrive!

The menu was a work of art - Your choice of a Prime Steak with Sautéed Onions, Chicken Cordon Bleu or Stuffed Portobello Mushroom, Baked Potato, Fresh Bread and a Wonderful Salad. The sign up sheet in the office filled quickly with a little over 40 people, many of our workampers and staff brought family and we had a great assortment of Park Guests, many new people so it was great to showcase what our normal Winter Saturday Evenings were like...not enough time to get our DJ signed up, but we will be ready for that in the fall!!

We had a wonderful time with plenty of socializing and loud boisterous cheers for the Kitchen Crew, thanks Stephen and Jessica and Bobbie and Big Jim for putting together a wonderful evening!

We are having another dinner next week - Chicken Parmesan, get signed up in the office! $10.00 per person, don't forget to bring your silverware and place setting!
