A nice group of about 35 people gathered for our Saturday Evening Dinner Dance - we had Mongolian Beef, very tender and tasty over steamed rice and broccoli, a wonderful salad and crescent rolls, Ice cream and almond cookies for dessert!
After dinner we had a special celebration for Jim & Lori Prestwood who have been a huge asset to the park for the past 20 years, they are winding down their responsibilities, so it was time to commemorate their service!
After the award plaque was presented and hung on the wall the music started and dancing!
Some have more fun than others...
Next week is Super Bowl weekend
We have a wonderful chicken or beef Chili dinner next Saturday
We have a special tailgate Lunch planned for Super Bowl Sunday!
Let's not forget to make plans for Valentines Day!
