We had a small crowd of about 26 people for dinner, it was another pot luck with guests bringing sides and our kitchen frying up some amazing Chicken Thighs. First they soaked in a rosemary brine then dredged in a wonderful thick batter, then deep fried to perfection. Moist, tender and downright tasty!

Now we wait for Christmas
Busy times coming up over the Holidays - next Saturday Evening we are holding our park gift exchange with an appetizer Pot Luck for dinner, bring a $10.00 gift wrapped for him or her or both and you will get a number which will be drawn to go up and pick your prize, you can either open it or trade it for a previous persons gift, lots of horse trading going on...great fun!
We are going to have a table full of appetizers to snack on before the gift exchange, crock pot meatballs, wings, Reuben Egg Rolls, and many other delicacies yet to be determined, make your favorite and join in the fun!
