It was time for our annual Park Christmas Party and Gift Exchange...we had a nice crowd and as usual a ton of fun.
We put in a call for our resident Mixologist Ben Hoisington to prepare his special Holiday Hot Buttered Rum!
The gifts were ready...
The tree is decorated and ready for the Holiday!
Nice crowd - but first it was time for our traditional Christmas Party dinner - everyone brings a favorite can of chili to the office or clubhouse and it all gets heated up for a huge chili feed...extras like Corn bread, shredded cheese, Jalapenos, crackers, onions etc are brought by our guests...it is a great meal!
After dinner our resident Santa's Helper Linda Stevens - started choosing numbers, when your number is called you get to select a gift from the table and either open it or trade (steal) one of the previous gifts.
Slippers! These exchanged hands many times!
It's a steal!
That steal was OK - cause Jim scored some wine!
Well that wine didn't stay put long...
