No Rest for the Weary - We are very busy here at the park getting ready for our winter season.
We are hoping to gather some new faces for this winter season and have put together a wonderful winter package, see below. We expect to have a great season again, come join us for some winter fun.
The pool was drained and cleaned and refilled.
The Kitchen has been completely repainted.
So far this winter the park has been fairly busy with most of the cottages full for the summer and many are booked for January to May. We have also had a fair amount of RV'ers passing through.
Here are just a few of the projects we have going on at the park!
1. A second additional swamp cooler was installed in the Fitness Room and we are in negotiations for a new tread mill and possibly some other additional equipment.
2. We are planning to refurbish the shuffleboard courts and convert to Corn Hole Courts - Make plans for some fun evening competition and campfires!
3. The pool table in the game room is in the process of being recovered and fixed!
4. The fire pit and BBQ area is cleaned up and ready for winter fun.
5. The Kitchen has been repainted and is being put back in order and ready for Lori & Frankie and thier wonderful meals.
6. The Horseshoe pits are refurbished and ready for play!
7. We are again extending the season to include April so our winter friends can stay and enjoy the good weather and activities rather then driving home in the snow!
8. We have plans to announce the dates of any themed dinner/dances in the very near future so you can plan your wardrobe needs for your time here.

The new owners of the Golf Course have been very receptive to working with us here at the Park and have come up with some wonderful golf packages along with their normal very affordable punch card programs. The couples Bi-Annual Unlimited Golf Package is a very good deal. All of the Golf Specials are available for returning Snowbirds and New bookings, please review and make sure you get your reservations made to avoid the monthly rate increase. You have until September 15th to make your reservations. Any reservation made before September 15th will qualify for the $430.00 monthly rate for whatever length of time you are with us.

The golf course is also holding their Punch Card Rates!
The New owners at the golf course have had their struggles but have great plans for the future. They have installed a new 100 hp water pump for the irrigation system so we should have better grass this year. They also have plans to re-do the clubhouse and add a kitchen and are in negotiations with several local restaurants to add some good menu items. The course has been closed while fixing the water system, but plan to be open on September 1.
Look for the activity schedule to be updated soon with themed dinner dates!
By the way - the sunsets are still spectacular even in the summer!
